Becoming Catholic - Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)
For those who are interested in becoming Catholic, there is an initiation process, called Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults or RCIA. This is a formal education in the teachings of the Catholic faith. It involves several months of classes, along with a period of personal discernment, culminating usually with initiation into the Church at Easter. Classes generally begin in September and are held on Wednesday nights at 7 pm but special accommodations can be made as well. If you are interested in becoming Catholic or would like to know more about the process, please contact Deacon Joe Knapke
